PAPER

Some years ago I began creating decorative endpapers for my own books.
I spent hours finding the right pattern and exact colour to match my bindings.
At the end, those papers became paintings instead of simple endpapers.

Through different methods, ancient and modern (suminagashi, ebru, marble, paste paper, etc.) I created surprising combinations venturing into paper art. I also developed collage techniques, combining my unique papers with unconventional materials (e.g. gold for gilding, old newspapers) and ecological products as pigments (musshroom ink, curcuma, coffee, walnut ink, etc.).
